Joshua Hicks has extensive experience with all areas of pharmaceutical industry as an analytical chemist and project director. Joshua has been consulting for several years on for various companies, mostly in NMR applications such as protein structure elucidation, fragment based drug design, and de novo elucidation (e.g. impurities). His experience as a scientist has contributed from developmental work up to commercial release. In addition to the wide range of technical knowledge, Joshua has authored and reviewed multiple documents for IND/NDA submissions.

Joshua Hicks received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from CSU, Chico and his PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics at Oregon State University.

Dakota Ward, PhD has broad experience spanning preclinical development through commercial manufacturing for small molecules, peptides and biologics. Specializing in both bioanalytical and analytical techniques such as ELISA, capillary electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, and molecular and formulation characterization techniques gives Dr. Ward an extensive range of technical experience. Dr. Ward has maintained development and technical leaderships positions in both Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and Contract Manufacturing/Development Organizations (CDMOs) with multiple Drug Products reaching market.

Dakota Ward, PhD obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Science from Marshall University.
